Cable in the bedroom is ok now but it seems that we have a new problem. When we want to go to another channel (e.g. channel 5 to channel 241) pressing the numbers on the remote does not work. We need to go to the guide then scroll (pressing page+ or -) to get to the right channel. Pressing the channel button does not work either. We had the old remote that came with the first cable box. The person in the Comcast office told my husband that it should work.
What do you suggest?

It seems there aren't a lot of extra cable boxes. We had to go to another office (Fairhaven) since the one in New Bedford is out of cable boxes.Babettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04984494603978437622noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6976637266513845677.post-52083575587047741052008-04-14T16:24:00.000-04:002008-04-14T16:24:00.000-04:00I am sorry to learn that you are having problems ...I am sorry to learn that you are having problems with our service.

I work for Comcast and I will be happy to offer my assistance.
