Last year, I barely slept. I meant that every night, I only sleep a total of maybe 4-5 hours a night. The past two years had been sad for me and my family, so I attribute my lack of sleep from that. It is a good thing that I didn't start taking sleep pills. Nowadays, I feel that I need more sleep even though I've had 6 hrs of sleep the night before. I try to stay in bed longer during the weekends but my bodyclock wouldn't let me stay in bed past 8 am. Just a habit, I guess.
