Deal or No Deal's Howie Mandel

I like watching the game show 'Deal or No Deal' and it's host Howie Mandel. He looks like a genuine nice guy and cares about the contestants. You can really see that he wants them to win the big money. I heard that this game show and Howie were in Manila, Philippines. I was browsing through YouTube looking for a video clip of that show when I came across another video of Howie Mandel talking to a random guy on the street. Howie asked him about his shopping habits and mentioned that he can find great deals at http://www.buy.com. Howie then presented this guy with an Xbox360, wow, I was surprised just like the guy in the video.
