This week's theme is METAL
I took many photos of doors while in Italy, probably close to a hundred. I remember my daughter asking me why. I answered that I find the doors in Italian houses and buildings so beautiful. These photos here were taken in Venice. The first photo is a beautiful door with an unusual knob which you can see on the photo beside it. The other two door knobs are faces of women, with the first being my favorite.
wow!! nice photo
ReplyDeleteHope to make it to Italy in October next year. It will be my third time, but hubby's first. Did I mention Italy is my favorite country? :o)
ReplyDeleteI love when art and "function" mix! These are great!
ReplyDeleteThey are definitely gorgeous doors! I guess most are centuries old too.
ReplyDeleteNice take on the theme. They are great doors.
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely photos! I see why you take so many of them; I would, too. I like the door in the first photo.
ReplyDeleteI did Photo Hunt today, too. I hope you get a chance to visit and leave your link. :)
