Too much computer Time

I'm having these awful headaches lately and I know why. It's the EC effect. You know what I mean. You want to return all the EC drops you received each day. It's just the right thing to do, for me at least. The bad effect is this headache. I don't usually take meds unless it is bad. This time I had to reach for the Tylenol.
