For all math geeks out there, HAPPY SQUARE ROOT DAY! :o) Translation for the mathematically challenged: Tuesday is 03/03/09, simply put, the square root of 9 is 3 (3 x 3 = 9).

This only happens nine times every 100 years. If you're on Facebook, you can even become a fan of the square root or a fan of the square root day. I am on Facebook but I did not become a fan of the square root. I prefer to keep my square root obsession private. ha ha

He's Definitely Nuts!

Pardon the pun but this is exactly what I thought after reading this newstory. A man from Malaysia gets nuts stuck in his privates. What the heck? You want to know why he did it right? (Or maybe not!) The nut got stuck on his penis following an erection. He hoped the nut would weigh down his penis to make it longer. Uh, come again? (Don't ask me how he got it in, I've been trying to imagine figure it out myself ha ha ha). He's getting married next week, I guess he wants to impress his bride. After this debacle, his fiancee better think twice before going through with the wedding. Read it here.

Would You Like Some Spicy uh Rat?

Now where is Mickey Mouse when you need him? Apparently, more people in Cambodia are having these rodents as their main source of protein. I read that this country also have high food prices and poor people here and neighboring Vietnam are opting to have these for food.

"With consumer price inflation at 37 percent according to the latest central bank estimate, demand has pushed a kilogram of rat meat up to around 5,000 riel ($1.28) from 1,200 riel last year.
Spicy field rat dishes with garlic thrown in have become particularly popular at a time when beef costs 20,000 riel a kg."

According to the article, rats are also widely eaten in Thailand and the Indian government is encouraging it's citizens to consider eating rat to combat soaring food prices and save grain stocks.

4-Yr. Old Just Wants To See Grandma

I cannot imagine my son trying to drive my SUV. He knows how to put the keys in the ignition but we don't let him start the car. That might be a good idea after all. This story happened in Stanford, Kentucky. The little boy is lucky that he was not hurt, it could've been worst.

A preschooler put his little brother in a car, got it turned around and headed off to his grandmother's house. WKYT-TV reported the trip didn't go well, but no one got hurt. Lincoln County Sheriff Curt Folger said the 4-year-old boy began his journey when his mother and her boyfriend were asleep on Saturday. He got the seat adjusted and the car started and turned around, but he ran through a fence and into some trees.

Remember when a woman said that she found an image of either Jesus or the Virgin Mary in a Pringles chip? Well, here's another one! Another woman claims that she found Jesus on a Cheetos. Yes, that Cheetos. The orange cheese stick that's so addictive you cannot eat just one. I've seen the video and it's just a plain cheetos that's shaped like the letter T. Beauty really is in the eyes of the beholder.
